    Although I have only been a member of the NFB for a few years, I am committed to this movement. I firmly believe in the mission of the Federation. I got involved so that I could help fellow blind people live the life they want. As someone who went blind as an adult, I understand the process it is to gain not only independence, but confidence. I strive to help others like me to find what they are looking for in this great big world of ours. More than that, I believe whole heartedly that we can do anything; the sky is the limit. Chasing dreams and doing big things are a big part of what this organization is about. We are stronger together, and together, we can do big things.
